What is Rebrandables.com?
Rebrandables.com offers brandable and private labeled windows software applications which you can purchase to use, sell or even give away. Each software title you purchase (with branding rights) will be branded with your name, company name, software title, banner ads, text links, etc. Plus, any software you purchase with "Private Label" rights, we will delete all references to us. Our will appear nowhere throughout the software.
Will your company name appear anywhere?
That all depends on which license/version you purchase. Personal Use copies will include our details, which is fine because purchasing this license entitles you to only use this software yourself. If you purchase a branded version, your name will appear as a "Partner" and some of the links will be branded with either your own links or affiliate links (depending on the type of link). Private Label versions will include no trace of Rebrandables.com -- which is why it's called "Private Label" right?
What exactly can I brand?
Each software title includes different branding aspects. For complete details on the product you wish to purchase, please visit the product page. If your questions are still not answered, please visit our support page and send us any questions you may have.
How do I tell you what I want changed?
Within 24 hours or your purchase, you will be sent an access code to a private account area. You will be asked everything we need to know to enable us to customize your software.
How are EULA's handled?
Each Private Label software includes a EULA which your customers must agree to before being able to install the software. We will provide a EULA for you, within your account area, however, you will be free to change anything within the EULA as you deem fit.
Are "demo" or "trial" versions available?
Yes, for most of our applications and at your request, we can compile your software choice as a trial based application which will also include a custom registration screen which can be customized any way you wish.
Why offer a trial versions?
Trial versions have been known to drastically increase your sales rates. Trial versions are a great way to:
- offer a "try before you buy" option (which will virtually eliminate refund requests)
- offer your software as a "freebie" requiring users to subscribe to a mailing list to obtain the key code
- use as an incentive for any CPA programs you're associated with
- use an an incentive to get users to buy your other products or even an affiliate product
How is support handled?
Support for "personal use" versions will be handled directly. For branded and private label versions, support for your customers is your responsibility. All purchases from our site include 30 day priority support. We feel this is ample time to answer any preliminary questions you may have. If your customers have questions you can not answer, you are more than welcome to get an answer from us and relay it back to your own customers.
How long does it take to receive my branded/private label copy?
Depending on the extensiveness of the changes needed to brand the software with your information, we ask that you give us 2 - 5 days to complete your purchase, however, in most cases, you'll have your branded software the next day.
The product I want to purchase is sold out. What gives?
Every now and then, we pull some of our more popular products (or product types) off line to limit the possibility of market saturation for that particular product. If you'd like to be kept informed whenever "sold out" software becomes available again, please subscribe to our mailing list and be one of the first to know.
Do you host the software on your site?
Not usually, but we can if need be. However, if you are trying to pass off our software as your own, do you really want your customers downloading your software off of our site? Further more, with so many hosting companies offering unlimited storage and bandwidth, there really is no need for this. (Need a host? Try Host Gator! They're quite awesome.)
Do you purchase these apps elsewhere and resell them?
Absolutely not. All software throughout our site are our own in-house creations. You will hold the copyright to all compiled software apps you purchase.
Can I obtain/purchase the source code of my software?
No, sorry. Although you hold the copyright to the branded software you've purchased, Vectasoft, Ltd., our parent company, holds the copyright to all source code. This is legally necessary as many times, some of the code is what is known as "shared code". Simply put, 90% of our applications contain some of the same code, which means we can not legally pass on the copyright to the actual source code. This is also done to avoid instances of customers coming back to us with problems after having someone else alter the code and then getting upset when we charge a higher hourly fee to fix someone else's work.
Do you offer MAC versions of the software titles?
No, not at this time, however, we can certainly create web based versions of the applications. There is, of course, an additional hourly fee of just $75 per hour, for any app you wish to convert to a web based version. Most applications take a minimum of 4-6 hours to program, however, some will require additional time. A pre-payment equivalent to 4 hours must be paid up-front before any work requests will be initiated. Once work has begun, an invoice will be issued every 4 hours and must be paid before work can continue. All work is performed on our servers and released only upon having a '0' balance.
Do you offer a sales page with my Branded or Private Label purchase?
Some branded software purchases include a sales page and some do not. The best way to find out is to check the details of the product listing. If you're still not sure, please feel free to contact us and ask. When contacting us, please be sure to be as specific as possible. (Please Note: Due to the nature of a "Private Label" product, private label purchases do not include a sales page.)
What can I do with my Branded or Private Label software?
Once you've purchase a rebranded or private label software title, the software is yours to do with as you please. You may sell individual copies of the application and you may even sell resell or master resell rights to your software. You can even give away your software. Again, it is yours to do with as you please. The only restriction is that you can not de/re-compile our software apps. Anyone found attempting to de/re-compile our software will be banned from purchasing from us ever again and your application may be permanently disabled.
What is your product based refund policy?
Due to the digital nature of our products, all product sales are final. Returns/refunds are not possible. If you've purchased a software and it does not perform as it was designed to, we will issue you a store credit towards any other product. To receive a store credit, we may, at our discretion, require proof that it does not function properly in regards to the functions it was meant to perform. If you are unsure about whether a product is right for you, please contact us prior to placing an order. We’ll be happy to answer any questions you may have.
What is your service based refund policy?
Once your deposit and/or full payment has been received, your project is accepted and placed on the design schedule. No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. Your deposit is a retainer. Your deposit also covers any costs that may occur before the actual design process begins, such as planning, consultation, hosting, third-party preparedness fees, etc. If you choose to place the project on hold for any length of time for any reason, a continuation fee may be required, once the project resumes. Please understand that we work from a long waiting list so please don’t commit to a project if you’re not 100% certain you are willing to wait. If you have any questions, comments or concerns regarding our Refund Policy, please contact us prior to paying for and obtaining services.
Can I hire you for custom apps?
Most definitely. All you need to do is contact us using our online support center and let us know what you're looking for. All custom work is non-refundable once the creation process has begun. We require full payment upfront OR verified proof of identity. If choosing the proof of identity option, a 50% non-refundable deposit will still be required before any work begins.
Can I suggest a feature? An idea for a whole new app?
